Refund policy

AROSHA is committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items may be unpacked and tried on only for fit check
- Products must be in reasonable condition
- Tags (if applicable) should remain intact
- Items showing excessive use, wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for refund
3. Exchange Policy
We also offer exchanges for size or product preferences, subject to stock availability.
4. Return Method
Returns can be sent through any of the following methods:
- Drop-off at courier offices (e.g., TCS or other authorized courier centers)
- Any preferred courier service at customer’s convenience
5. Return Shipping
- Return labels are already included inside the package
- Customers may use the provided label for return shipment
6. Refunds
- No restocking fee applies
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Refunds are issued in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via the original payment method or agreed alternative
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Item shows signs of excessive use or damage
- Item is returned after the 7-day return window
- Product is not in acceptable condition for resale
